Portable Oil Purifier – can be rotated from machine to machine to clean each machine oil reservoir on the time basis. Oil Dialysis Time on each machine can be calculated from Oil Purifier Flow Rate and oil reservoir size. Typical Good Oil Dialysis is Five Passes of oil cleaning which is based on OilPure past experiences and statistical oil data. Typical new hydraulic oil in the machine will take 6 weeks to start to get dirty and need to be clean before emerging contamination ruins the internal components. Remote Control & Monitoring and M2M Machine to Machine Networking (Mini SCADA):

  • WebMI wireless remote control can send alarms in E-mail & SMS text messages to mobile phones with security password. Oil purifier operation can be remotely operated by mobile phone App.
  • WebMI Remote Control utilizes Static IP address from RJ-45 for connection. Remote control can be accessed through web browser from smart phones or laptop computer and App from anywhere that has cellular phone connections.
  • M2M (Machine to Machine) Networking Capability to communicate through CAT 5 internet cable with other OilPure machines such as VJ-100 Vacuum Jet Dehydrator and TC-8 Turbine Jet Centrifuge as Pre-Treatment.
  • Optional NE-5 Network Enclosure to replace the LAN Wired communication with Mobile Cellular Router with Static IP Address SIMM to connect to several machines with RJ-45 Ethernet unmanaged switch network.

  • VJ-100 Vacuum Jet Dehydration
    • Flow Capacity = 9 GPM Dehydrating flow rate with 22 GPM pump capacity.
    • Capacity: 60 Liters per hour to remove 1% of water in oil.
    • Oil Dialysis good for oil reservoir size 500-1,500 gallons or 2,000-6,000 liters
    • Example of Oil Dialysis Time:
    • 2,000 liter @ 1% Water = 2,000÷ 60 L/H
    • = 33 hours x 3 passes = 99 hrs = 4 days
  • Remove approximately 1/4 to 1/2 quart (500 cc) of dissolved water per hour.
  • Water dehydration can be continuous or batch mode for more effective water removal.
  • MS1 Moisture Sensor automatically controls water dehydrating time. The dehydrated discharge oil from VJ-100 will contain less than 100 ppm of water.
  • Internal water dehydrating tank batch size is 30 gallons in the VJ-100 unit.
  • Water starts to dehydrate at low oil temperature from 140 °F to 160 °F (60 °C to 71°C).
